THE EIGHTY-SEVENTH STATED MEETING

Las Vegas, NV

October 6-8, 2005

Moderator Helen Engeseth called the Eighty-seventh Stated Meeting to order at 2:32 p.m. and asked Mel Khachigian to introduce first-time commissioners: Donald Pope, Cascades; Robert Kelley, Nevada; Carol Pagelsen, Sacramento; Rachel Morse, San Francisco; and Ara Guekguezian, San Joaquin.  Rodger Clawson, alternate for JoAnn Smith (Cascades), and Jane Odell, alternate for Rodney Thorn (San Jose), were also introduced.  The moderator noted that this is her last meeting in that position and thanked commissioners for their support.
